DAY 1 : ARRIVAL-HOTEL- TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN PARK @ MANUKAN MAMUTIK – CULTURAL DINNER (BBQ L/D)
Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to Jetty and take a trip to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, just 20 minutes away from Kota Kinabalu city. Manukan & Mamutik island are one of the spectacular islands of T.A.R.P Marine Park – Take pleasure by swimming in the crystal clear water along the white sandy beach or snorkeling to explore the tropical marine life. You may opt for water sports such as parasailing, banana boat etc which are available for hire (own account) at the island. Also included in the package is a sumptuous BBQ lunch. Return to Kota Kinabalu by schedule boat transfer. Free & Easy Overnight stay.
DAY2: PADAS WHITE WATER RAFTING – GRADE III-V – (L) (You will have an optional choice to go for Padas or Kiulu White water rafting)
The Padas River offers a far greater challenge and is highly recommended for the adventurous and experienced rafter.
The journey will first take 2 ½ h by road to Tenom town. From thereupon, adventure begins with 1 hrs train rides tracks along the Padas River (used since the 19th century in Borneo). Here you will be able to take a glimpse of the thrills and excitement to come. Upon arriving at Pangi Station (starting point), lunch will be served. Equipment will be provided to the guests; after gearing up, safety briefing will be given by qualified river guide
Welcome to Padas River, and take an adrenaline bumping ride for the next hour where guests would need to maneuver pass rapids after rapids. The 23 km white water rafting, making it the longest rafting journey down the majestic rainforest of Borneo begins. Ending point will be at Halogilat then train to Beaufort town. 1830 hrs/0630 pm estimated time of arrival at Beaufort town. Freshen up, get change and on board to the coach back to hotel. 2030 hrs/0830 pm estimated time of arrival in Kota Kinabalu.

KIULU WHITE WATER RAFTING – GRADE I-II – (L)
A 1 ½ hour drive north of Kota Kinabalu which passes thru a quaint villages, scenic countryside and rural town of Tamparuli to Kiulu River. A safety briefing and rafting techniques by your guide will be conducted on the Kiulu river bank before commencing rafting down the Kiulu River. With headwaters from Mt. Kinabalu, the river provides a Grade II and II experience, a perfect wave for newcomers to the sport. Deep pools punctuate the river rapids, giving you ample opportunities to indulge in a body rafting or swimming. The river journey takes just 1 hour to 1 ½ hours, depending on the river stage. Upon reaching at you ending point, you will be served a refreshing BBQ lunch before returning to the city and your hotel
Day 3 : PORING HOT SPRING-KINABALU NATIONAL PARK – STEAMBOAT DINNER (L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Embark on a ride that will take you across the mountainous Crocker Range with panoramic views of the country sides and the soaring hills. Whilst en-route to Kinabalu Park , on a clear day can catch a sight of the Majestic Mount Kinabalu, one of South East Asia’s highest peaks. The Park is a World Heritage Site for it offers with incredible mega biodiversity of flora and fauna – a haven for nature enthusiasts. Enjoy the guided mountain garden nature walk and along of the many trails in the park before proceeding before proceeding to Poring Hot Springs. As the name suggests, Poring Hot Springs offers visitors the opportunity for an invigorating dip into its hot sulfur springs. Take closer look at nature; take the 41mteres high canopy walk which offers a spectacular view of the rainforest’s flora and fauna.
PM: Enjoy a sumptuous Malaysian dinner at a local Steamboat Restaurant.. After dinner, Transfer back to hotel .Free & easy overnight stay.
Day 4: FREE & EASY – DEPARTURE
Free & and easy until airport transfer for flight departure.
