DAY 1 : ARRIVAL
0630HRS Meet and greet at airport, then proceed to hotel. Short drive around the city and brief stop at the City mosque of KK/ Menara Tun Razak, Tg Aru Beach, Poh Toh Tze temple, Signal hill plus a chance to shop at the handicradt market. Free & easy. Overnight stay.
DAY 2: MARI MARI VILLAGE

Pick up from hotel and transfer to the village. Located about 25 minutes from the city,the Mari Mari cultural village showcases 5 of the 32 ethnic groups found in Sabah. In the village, you will be introduced to various traditional homes of Sabahan ethnic communities the Bajau, Lundayeh, Murut, Rungus and Dusun, which are built by descendants of the tribes which they represent. Experience the traditional lifestyle and learn about their cultures and traditions as well as tasting their traditional delicacies.Visit each tribe’s traditional house and witness demonstration on blow pipe making, tree bark making to a vest, traditional trampoline like floor, rice wine making, and the art of ancient body tattoos.You may leisure around for about 30mins, to shop or take photos. Enjoy delectable traditional and fusion cuisines for lunch / high – tea / dinner before the end of the tour. The trip ends with a cultural performances.
DAY 3: TENOM TRAIN ADVENTURE
0630HRS The tour starts very early in the morning with a drive south to Beaufort town, followed by a ride on a one-coach railcar or train for an amazing journey along Padas Gorge heading for Tenom, which gives you the opportunity to admire the views of the Crocker Range on both sides with the mighty Padas River roaring below in the valleys. Upon arrival, you will be taken to Lagud Sebrang, where the Sabah Agricultural Park is, famous for its exotic native Borneo orchid collection. Walk around the centre to see these, as well as a host of tropical plantations from fruits and vegetables to more commercial crops such as tobacco and coffee. The tour concludes with lunch at a local restaurant in Tenom. Check in at Tempurung Lodge. (Lunch)
DAY 4: PULAU TIGA & KLIAS RIVER CRUISE
0630HRS In the morning you will travel to Kuala Penyu and ride a boat to the famous Pulau Tiga, otherwise known as the Survivor Island. Here we will explore the park, with a guided nature trail walk to see the mud volcanoes and a chance to mud bath in the boiling mud pots emanating from beneath the exotic foliage. Then visit to the Kamapunian Damit which is known as the Snake Island. Enjoy the rest of the day swimming or relaxing with the serenity of the island.
1430HRS In the afternoon began your journey to Kota Klias Peninsula passing by some local villages, small towns and local roadside fruit stalls. Upon arrival, you will be served a simple local style high tea before proceeding for the river cruise.
1600HRS During the river cruise, you will be able to spot many wildlife habitats like the long tail macaque, birds such as Kingfishers, darter, eagle and of course the Proboscis Monkey. r. Guide will briefly explain on the habits of these fascinating creatures. As you cruise till darkness set in, witness and be amazed by nature’s Christmas lighting, the fireflies! Depending on weather condition and luck, you might even spot nocturnal animals like the flying fox and night bats. Do bring along binoculars to have a better view of the animals.
1800HRS After the exciting river cruise, head back to the jetty for a sumptuous dinner spread which typically consists of meats marinated in different styles, rice, potatoes and veggies. Return to the city.

DAY 6 CITY TOUR / DEPARTURE
Short drive around the city and brief stop at a few interesting places plus a chance to shop at the handicraft market before proceeding to Kota Kinabalu airport for flight departure.
